Why i wont get email for what has been done to my product?

So i rma'd my laptop, yesterday it says rma completed. I can see that my laptop is coming to me now but no email or anything what has been done to it. Im very curious to know. Laptop should arrived to me next thursday but curiosity kills me lol.

    I asked them via email. They sayd that notebook was replaced with new s/n. Still wondering what has been change but i quess i know when i get that. Btw big +++++++++++ for very fast respond here and email. Also big +++ for fast RMA progres. Will not change my mind for EVGA.
