Usually 9th gen tops out around 1.25v and lower if good cooling is done with 4.6-4.7 Ghz. Mesh can be pushed to 3.1 ghz or 31 and voltage on the mesh depends per CPU. 


I am running 9800X at 4.6 Ghz 1.173V and mesh 31 with 1.097V mesh

Mesh can be pushed to 3.1 ghz or 31 and voltage on the mesh depends per CPU. 

 
How much of an actual overall system performance difference mesh of 32 vs. 31 vs. 30 even creates? I wasn't able to detect any practical one between 30 and 24, I would expect 31, even 32, vs. 30 would be practical zero.

I left CPU at 95c on tjmax, auto on cpu vcore,  vin is at 1.8v.  mesh is 30 with a 1.005v 
and rest auto.  Mem is 3600 at 1.35v 16 18 18 36
