Whom to Contact about RMA Process

Hello,
 
I've already sent in my GTX for RMA, it arrived Monday 8/6/18 in AM. Whom can I email in regards to asking for update / confirmation? I was told in ticket I could send in via USPS (which I did with insurance) and my 3rd day is coming up tomorrow since it arrived. I had sent in question earlier asking but had no reply from service ticket.

    Unfortunately, Under view details, it shows pending for received. I can understand delay. I'll see what AdamB says.
