    Ubiquity Unifi series
    https://unifi-sdn.ubnt.com/

From the Unifi lineup I am using 1 x AP AC Pro,  1 x AP AC LR and an older UAP-LR (2.4ghz) all on POE from their Unifi Switch 8 line. There is 1 US-8 switch at each AP location
For AP management I have an older Cloud Key but I am seriously looking at picking up one of their Cloud Key Gen 2's. Or you could look at running their management software on a PC
I had seen an recent video of someone doing reviews for the best gaming / QoS routers and they liked UB's EdgeRouter X. Depending on what your ISP speeds are you will have to research what will work best for you there

I used my preexisting Cisco LRT214 for Routing and DHCP. Comcast box is set in bridge mode to disable all management features
DNS is configured on a raspberry pi 3 running Pi-Hole

I have an abnormal network setup - 2 AP's are running in mesh mode. I could elaborate if you guys want to hear about it.

The unifi stuff is cool and you can get it without a dealer.
Snap AV router made by Araknis is awesome for this stuff. The AN-300-2W4L is about 300 bucks and has a easy to use GUI.
    Try ebay.

For wifi look to get your hands on some Ruckus Unleashed APs.
Try ebay again because you will need a dealer to get it. Look for the R500, R600, R510, or R610. Again the GUI is awesome and easy to use.
The unleashed model number will start with 9U1 not 901.so a 9U1-R500-00US is what you want, not 901-R500-00US.

I I got most of my unifi stuff from B&H - was no sales tax at the time
I did buy 1 switch from Ubiquity direct, got dinged sales tax and an added "special WA tax" on top - was kinda weird. That made me go back to B&H for the rest of my stuff

There was sales tax. You were accountable for disclosing use tax to your state.
