Hi! I was also looking into modding my card and stumbled upon this unusual fan header. Are you sure it is a JST? Because none of the connectors I can find look like it.
 
@EVGA: Can you please provide us with the right specs and pin-outs here? I think there are more people out there looking to control their fans through their GPU.

Has anyone figured this out? Going to deshroud and use noctuas in my H1 while I wait for the Meshlicious stock to catch up. Would like to use the GPU headers instead of the top one.

Let us know if you find the right adapter. May add Noctua fans to mine as well someday.

Would it be better to just use the external fan header on the card in the mean time?

edit: Ok, I think they're Yeonho 2mm Pitch Connectors, but I'm having trouble actually finding the right series. And everything seems to be from Alibaba

They are very close to Yeonho SMH200-NN 4 pins but I can't be sure. I am still trying to find a good image to confirm

This is helpful for me since I broke up the locking clip on my fan connectors and EVGA told me that killed my warranty. I'd like to get a set of these just in case, but at $80...ouch.

WHY on earth would they not just use standard 4 pin headers/connectors??? WHY????!!!!

Were you able to sensibly control the speed of fans connected to that aux fan header? I got 3 140mm Arctic P14s on that header and I can barely get them moving at all, much less have actual control of their speed??! Another post shows a "Fan 4" in X1 using that header, I only show the 3 fans the card comes with. I love EVGA, long term loyal customer, but there's always crap like this?! USE STANDARD CONNECTORS!!! DOCUMENT YOUR DAMN PRODUCTS!!!!! There's no actual manual for their video cards??!!! ****???

I know this is an old thread, but why not just plug PWM fans into the motherboard or the PWM headers instead of making an adapter? 
 
I would rather use the motherboard or a PWM hub SATA from the PSU so I wouldn't require power from these GPUs. 

Has anyone determined the pinouts for these EVGA fan connectors?  I've switched to a pair of Noctua fans for lower noise, but I can't get the external PWM header to work without Precision X1 (which I'd rather not need).
