Where to Download Flow Control

I click download and it takes me to the Drivers and Bios software site.  I went to "Other Products" -> "coolers" -> "all" and all i see is drivers, is that it?
 
I think the link is taking me to wrong place... because when i click precision X download links it takes me to precision X site...

    Program tries to install asetek usb bus drivers, is this okay?
     
    When this product first came out last year installing this flow control software corrupted my registry im a little weary now, but im getting a bigger cooler....

    Well i downloaded everything and rebooted, wont find device now... wonderful

    In your motherboard BIOS, do you have the fan header connected to the CLC set to run at 100%?  If the header is set to Auto/Smart or lower than 100%, then the pump will sometimes not be detected.
