Hello guys, i am having some problems with my power supply. I asked support service for this, but I could not get any feedback.I asked support service for this, but I could not get any feedback. Evga really works like this? 14 days are gone guys, and there is still no answer.

Hi everyone again. My rma process, which started on the 5th of December, was completed yesterday. Under Rma, my power supply has changed with a new one. (ps. may be renewed). Interestingly, the problem I had with my previous power supply is precisely with the newly arrived power supply. The major part of the problem was that my leds were flashing. I had no problems with the backup power supply I used during my Rma time. And of course this problem was not there as long as I was using my EVGA power supply. None of my hardware, not even a screw, has changed. It is shocking that the problem with the power supply I sent to warranty is with the new power supply coming in. I'm adding the video link I took to see the problem. I'm sorry for my bad english. I am totally shocked.

Open the RMA Request and wait 2 months. Then they send you a power supply in a regular refurbished box. Even get scratches and smudges on the product.
However, to use the product, connect it to the case and ... Let the product have the same fault. This is the summary of the event.
I have already shared a video about this.
4 days ago they asked me to start rma again. I said that I have already spent 30 euros for it and waited 2 months. Guess what happened; Nobody answered.
I regretted it so much that I cannot tell. Be careful, friends, I hope the products you buy will not break down one day.
Because the EVGA RMA process is the slowest and the most negative experience I have ever encountered.
