I purchased a EVGA RTX 2080 ti last week at considerable expense. One of the reasons I purchased this particular card was the promotions running. The advertised promotions stated customers would receive Battlefield V, Anthem and Grip with their purchase. Upon purchase, I started going through the redemption process to receive promo codes. I providing all necessary info including receipts and serial number through promo page. Instead of receiving promo codes instantly after providing my details, the site explains I need to wait up to 5 business days to receive codes for BFV and Anthem and 1-3 business days for Grip. What! Fine.. I thought it wont take that long. Well, over a week later and I'm still waiting for the codes. I thought Grip promo code would come through first, week later.. nothing. No change in BFV and Anthem either, still 'waiting for code'. Sent emails to support, both through the online form and direct email, no response. Submitted ticket through member page, no reply. Comment on the Grip promo thread, no reply. Where is the 'legendary' support I keep hearing about?? The promotions advertised didn't mention receiving the games in an 'indeterminate amount of time....', and they are not bonus perks I should be lucky to have. I purchased the card with the full understanding these games would be included 'as advertised' in your sales promotions. If post comes off as somewhat aggressive, I apologies. I just want some answers.

What region are you located in?
Did you go back to the promo page to check the status of the promo codes themselves? You stated you thought they would come through, but the codes load on the same page you submitted the request, so I want to verify you looked at the page to see what it says there.
Grip should be an easy one, as it is an EVGA direct promotion. BFV and Anthem May be taking longer because EVGA has to verify place of purchase, date of purchase, receipt, and then the codes get tied to your card/account.

I had just registered a card friday and i was able to get the codes that night, 2070 mind you so i only was able to claim one, That being said I was able to go back to the original promotions page and the code for nvidia redemption website was where the text stating if your were eligible was. Same with grip. I did end up having some issues on nvidias side but I refreshed the page and all was good.

It may have been a more streamlined process for me because I bought it directly from EVGA's website though.

Im located in Australia and submitted application for promo codes through the au. subdomain. Place of purchase is listed as an affiliate in the where to buy section. As for promo codes, im aware they will be displayed on the promo code page. I have them bookmarked top of my browser and check multiple times a day to see if they have been listed. au.evga.com/articles/01295/get-up-to-two-games/ au.evga.com/articles/01293/evga-grip-promotion/ (forum wont let me post link, I removed the https reference) 10 days since I completed both promo applications, it's disappointing checking everyday and seeing no change. Im thinking somethings wrong at this point.

Any news? still checking everyday with no change. It would be almost funny seeing the message 'Please allow 1 - 3 business days to process', if it wasn't so frustrating. Interesting side note, the following passage is quoted from the Australian ACCC Competition and Consumer Act 2010 32 Offering rebates, gifts, prizes etc. (1) A person must not, in trade or commerce, offer any rebate, gift, prize or other free item with the intention of not providing it, or of not providing it as offered, in connection with: (a) the supply or possible supply of goods or services; or (b) the promotion by any means of the supply or use of goods or services;

Yes, sorry, there is a full thread on this and I had replied to that. Tawain, where your codes go through the approval process and where the codes are issued from, was going through Lunar New Year last week, so the Tawain office has been closed. Hopefully they get the codes approved in the near future.

I appreciate it was Lunar new year, but your products were still on sale and your advertising was still running during this time. The most tangible info I have after 10 days is 'We will get around to your emails soon'. Could be another 10 days, I don't know, I don't even know if reading my emails will result in receiving the promo codes that came with my purchase. A user in this thread mentioned he received his codes same day he applied. Myself on the other hand, after waiting so long, sending support emails, making forum posts, re-sending invoices and serial numbers screenshots, and still not receiving codes... well I don't know what to think. Again, I apologies if my posts are angry but I purchased your RTX 2080 ti for crying out loud, isn't that worth something? I worked extra hours for weeks just so I could justify buying it. I was so looking forward to playing Anthem and Grip on the new card. But after checking promo pages again and again and again everyday looking for that magical promo code to appear and to be constantly disappointed. I'm upset and frustrated and I cant stand writing these posts, but I need to keep pushing to make you guys provide what you advertised.

Let’s start from the top. Did you purchase your GPU from Taiwan or in Taiwan? You stated you were in Australia. Does Australia typically shut down all sales and advertisements during another countries holiday? If not, then why would they have stopped selling products during Lunar New Year? The user above is from New York. New York is in the United States, and the United States offices were not closed for Lunar New Year, making that post mostly irrelevant to what you are experiencing. You Posted on a Sunday in the US, which would have been Monday morning at the latest. You only state you registered your card “last week”. What date did you register? EVGA can see this, but as users of the forum, we can only see what you posted. You state, “After 10 days”, which would have been a Friday night, meaning there has been 1 business day, not 10. From 2 February to 10 February, the Taiwan office, the office that responds to your emails and your promotion request, was closed for Lunar New Year.. Weekends are NOT business days, so you were told 5 business days and you have passed 1-2 business days, 3 at most, according to everything you have posted. EVGA will get to your request within the allotted time as stated on the registration page. I understand you are frustrated, but everything will work out.

Your promo page on the Australian subdomain (the country where I purchased the card) clearly stated 'Wait up to 5 business days'. Where is the info regarding the Lunar New year on the promotion page? Where does it say 5 Taiwanese business days? Why are you explaining these details to me as if it were known information when none of it is presented on the Australian subdomain promo page? Regardless of that, Im can now see the message on the Game On promo page "Was Denied. Please upload the invoice and S/N sticker which is located on the GPU for review, thanks." ?? I did this, you need to upload your invoice and S/N to complete the initial application for the promo. This is all getting very bizarre.

Surprisingly, I don’t see the Lunar New Year holiday advertised on any of the EVGA domains, to include the Asia webpage. Normally a message is advertised on all domains that are affected.
Was your receipt and serial number on the same image, or loaded separately? The requirements for Australia and Asian regions are different than most, so the picture must contain both the receipt and the serial number.
If you look in the main Promo thread, you will see that you are not the only person in Australia experiencing the delay. All of the other users acknowledged that the Lunar New Year was the cause for the delay, and were very understanding.
Although I do not get the notification (in the US here) I would have thought the Asian, and surrounding area, office/webpage would have advertised that.

The promo registration process tells me it's enough information when its not? I have upload image containing both invoice and serial. Are you referring to 'Current Promotions 2018'. I have read through latest post and can't see anything regarding this problem. Where is this information? Other Australian users are very understanding? I don't know I can't find the posts? feeling like a right idiot who can't find this info that everyone else can and rude for not being more understanding. I was looking forward to joining forums, but my rep is dirt out of the gates. I do like the EVGA RTX 2080ti XC Ultra alot, that's something. Anyway, see what happens I guess.

The registration gets an automated message telling you that your image was received. It still has to be reviewed by a human to make sure it is legible and valid. It may sound strange, but I do believe the receipt must be printed and set next to the serial number sticker on the GPU or the Box, or both (to be safe) so that EVGA can verify proper ownership. No, not the Current Promotions 2018. The 2 game promotion is posted in the 20 Series forum, since it is specific to only the 20 series GPU's, and not for a multitude of different products. The grip promotion, however, has a multitude of things that can get you the free code, so it is posted in the General Discussion section of the forum. This is the link to the full promotion forum page: https://forums.evga.com/Game-On-Buy-EVGA-GeForce-RTX-and-Get-Up-to-Two-Games-m2905777.aspx The Lunar New Year delay was just announced yesterday, unfortunately, and I think Australian retailers must have recently received their shipment of cards, because this was the first time seeing someone state that they were having trouble getting the codes. I promise EVGA was not intentionally holding you from enjoying your games. I apologize if I came off rude earlier as well. We see a lot of people get upset initially, and we try to keep everyone happy while providing as much information as possible, but as a moderator, I am limited on the information that I can provide and I don't want to leave a post sitting unanswered if I can avoid it. The image for the invoice/serial number is something new, and I am sure EVGA has a reason for this requirement.

All good, I can appreciate what you have to deal with, and my language doesn't help the situation. I don't know why I'm getting so emotional about it, I think checking the promo page everyday hoping for the codes has got me rather frustrated. I'll leave it as is for now, hopefully I can get some answers from Taiwan soon.

so im now in the same boat. upon realizing that for my product registration you just need the receipt, (thats been acknowledged) there is no way to add any other images to that. i received an email stating denied... i have since replied with a copy of the sales invoice AND a pic of the sticker. as there is no way i can find to upload that to the site. where the heck do i go from here, i had over a week delay on my product to be delivered (2080ti FTW3 ultra) then its been a week waiting for the codes to come through to get a very not helpful email as to being no longer able to redeem that code, even though those products are still listed on the website as available to be claimed against. any and all help appreciated.

I would screen shot this forum thread and send it directly to EVGA again. I wont buy Asrock again after they screwed me out of $30 on a promotion from Thanksgiving. I know this is old school, but maybe try calling EVGA support during business hours and talk to an actual human. Its amasing how much can get done when talking to a real human other than just sending emails. Bets of luck to you man, keep us posted on your results.

No this isn't resolved, I haven't received any promo codes yet. I had just given up on posting messagings as I was beating my head against a brick wall. EVGA are still running promotions to advertise their products, but are denying valid paying customer promo codes. I check the other forum posts, many people aren't happy about it, contrary to what I was told.

I discussed this info earlier in the thread and how it is not present on the promotion page. Going forward though, since the Lunar New Year holidays end, many customers are now receiving messages their promotion applications are denied. So on top of waiting an extended period of time (No Lunar New Year details present on promo page) for codes, they are now being told sorry you can't have a promo code. I cant see many people being too happy about the situation. Im still waiting after completing my application on the 2nd Feb. So the question is, will EVGA provide promotions codes to its paying customers, and if so when?!

I have had the Code/Message 'Your Game request is awaiting approval. Please allow 1 - 3 business days to process.' on the Grip promo page for near 2 weeks. So if they have run out of codes from NVIDIA as many have claimed, why are they not processing Grip promotion applications either?
