where after registering your product can  you upload more images for scrutiny?
also yes i have emailed them the images as well.

I have good news!! After talking with the sales team directly in TW, I have received codes for Game On promotion.  Still waiting on promo codes for Grip but they promised by the end of day. I have a feeling they will provide them because I said I won't stop calling until I receive them haha.
 
My love for EVGA is restored.  Thanks the_Scarlet_one for hearing me out. I hope my constant pushing and nagging was useful and other Aussies start to receive their promo codes.

I contacted their support number on +886 2 8226 2868, it's in Taiwan so might want to check international rates from your provider before calling as I was on the phone a while.


I also received the 'Please upload the invoice and S/N sticker'.  I took a scan of the invoice and a photo of the serial number on back of box and joined images together.  I then re-uploaded onto the EVGA website.

Sound like when you registered your card and upload your invoice it failed and why they are asking you to do it once more.
 
You can look under My Products and on the Product it will tell you if the Invoice was uploaded.

This is why EVEN if I buy direct from EVGA's Website I still load an Invoice.

Sorry missed your message, too busy gaming :)
 
Go to Member -> Product Registration -> Upload Invoice.  Click continue until you reach the 'invoice already uploaded' dialog.

There should be a 'Delete' button that allows you to remove the currently uploaded invoice.  Once you remove it, the option to upload invoice should be available again.  I combined the images of invoice and serial number into a single .jpeg and sent it up.  That's how I did it anyway.

Hello I Bought RTX 2080ti Feb 7th 2019. Card came 1 week later and I registered it to my account. 

Here is shows that my card is registered but the message reads "The promotion is closed"
 
Is it possible that I bought the card and they ran out of codes and I am SOL or do I guarantee myself codes when purchasing and this is just an error?

Please keep in mind that the game promotion is while supplies last and at this time the supply of codes for that game promotion has been exhausted. Currently, our team is investigating with NVIDIA to see if more may be made available in the future. I would recommend to continue periodically checking that promotion page to see if a code is able to be requested later on. I didn't even know there is a promote for that, although i can request a code, i probably won't. Since i will probably never use it.  (unlike the anthem/bf page, there is a button for "Request" on the link)
 
I had couple of friends that wanted to play some anthem / BF, so it would've been nice to get it with the card.. i thought.
