I've been waiting since August to get a GPU and ever since I haven't seen it come in stock once. I have a notify set for a 3080 since and haven't gotten anything when the October email said I might get one or something? Just wanted to know what to expect and how it works a bit more. Thanks :)

The queue position for 3080s in the EU is September 2020. If you signed up for a 3080 in August 2021, it's going to take a long time to reach you at the current rate.

In what country do you reside? Some EU country retail webstores have video cards in stock, but the prices are well over MSRP.

If you are in Europe maybe never.

If you are in a queue, go to the top of the page and under "My EVGA" and then "My Notifies" you will see a list of queues for which you signed up. Those marked "Active" are the queues that you have. It will be a maximum of only two since the new rules of 11 Oct 21. If you signed up in the EU, you will have to look under your account on the EU site. If you are not in any queue, you will have to wait for the queues to reopen. No one knows when that will happen.

Unfortunately as I said we do not know when they will reopen or even if. If they do, then you are basically getting on a list for a chance to purchase based on the time and date you signed up. It is not an order, or preorder, it is just a list. When your queue position comes up, EVGA will send you an email and you'll have 20 hours to purchase the item. Also, there are rumored new SKUs that will be released soon and those will probably be new SKUs that you can try for if you are interested. Just pay attention to the forums and EVGA will set the time and date when any new queues will go live. I say rumored above because, thus far, NVIDIA has not made any official announcements yet, so pay attention to the tech news.

Basically all EVGA cards that land in Europe go to retailers to sell at x3 the price. The EU queue is a scam.
The 3060ti EU queue hasn't shipped a single card in over 6 months.

EU queues don't exist. Nothing ever reaches there - pretty sure EVGA sends 99% of the stock directly to retail stores. Doesn't matter if they are open or not - there are likely a million people (considering eu population is around 450 million) or more in each SKU queue already. 3080 ti ftw3 ultra - the only one I can find in stock is 2.2k € - 700€ above the EVGA store price. Or some crappy manufacturer with nonexistent manufacturer for 100 less.

I have written it again when the 4000 series will already be on the market and the Americans will buy or have bought the 4000 series then if there are any remnants of the 3000 series left they will give them to the European citizens who will be in the queue for over 1.5 years.
