When the vt-d function is activated, the cache value of the CPU drops.
This result occurs regardless of the overclock, and occurs even if the BIOS is initialized.
On my computer, the only way to prevent cache drops is to turn off the vt-d feature.
Is this normal?
Or should I suspect a CPU or motherboard failure?

Doesn't happen on my x99 system, so I'm going to say not normal.

    I've fixed the issue.
The cause of the problem was avg antivirus.
Even if I turn off avg, the cache value is still decreasing
Removing avg is the only solution.
