Have you tried powering the card with a different set of pci-e power cables? Have you tried testing the card in another system?

Knocked down smd elements when installed in the body...
What now? Evga does paid repair of their video cards? Or is there a licensed repair?

You'd have to contact EVGA directly and ask them. In  any case, physical damage is not usually covered by warranty.

My warranty is out. It's sad. This is the best card for me) Can someone knows whether EVGA can repair out of warranty. For personal payment, or tell a licensed repair service in the CIS ?? I will be very grateful to everyone who will give advice.

You've been given the answer. Contact EVGA. Are you also on the Guru3D forum? Your posts seem familiar and...'frequent'.

No, I do not have a guru3d forum. And there was not. I wanted to know officially what my actions were in such situations. I was told by mail that there are no guarantees in my region, and there is no sticker with an identification number to see the terms of the warranty service on the card. They wrote that I can get together in local repairs to repair video cards. Therefore, I wrote here to learn from users the way out of situations. Since I live in Ukraine, I do not have any warranty service for these cards at all.

Many thanks to everyone who answers and gives advice! Let your cards work only at 100%. And no repairs ever.I have bad English, I communicate with you on an interpreter. The European support service told me that I can only be taken to the local repair and there at my own risk and to carry out repairs. I asked them about paid repair, and so on. But they did not answer me. I'll ask again. If someone knows about this, please write to me? And where to deal with paid repair from a region that is not part of the trading region of EVGA?

It's probably cheaper to get a new video card with a warranty for where you live.

Ryzen 7 1700x
16gb corsair ddr4 ram
Evga 970 SC ACX 2.0
Trancend 480 gb ssd
Asus prime x370-a motherboard
windows 10 pro

this part maybe a hint  ''' Your posts seem familiar and...'frequent'''

thing is with a lot of these later cards AMD and  NVidia you do see a lot of this posted   around the forums  , a lot . pretty common now a days

with  that older board be sure you using its latest bios  that may improve compatibility with  later vid cards .  support and compatibility  seems to taken a back seat to hype and gimmicks   [look at pascal  cards where LED lighting is a strong selling point  ???]

I would at least try the latest motherboard bios  to see if it adds support for that card series
