Posted some of this info in another thread here 3 weeks ago, as a noob to Forum, but as the first post in this thread specifically mentions Amazon UK, and Amazon EU, it has more relevance here.
I joined the queue for a RTX 3080 FTW3 in January which it now appears was way to late, and a waste of my time, and I had set 2022, as my might as well wait for 40 Series, or maybe RDNA3.
Not biased against either, in 2013 I got a Crossfired pair of XFX Radeon HD 7970s, only regret was getting two, and in March 2017, I switched to the EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW2 Gaming - 08G-P4-6686-KR.
Another great workhorse, both gave me 4 years
 
This July, with no GPU expected, I swapped one of my three Dell U2711 A12 – 27 Inch, 1440p @ 60Hz monitors (All 3 still going strong since 2013, so kept it as a backup), for the ASUS ROG Swift PG329Q - 32 Inch 1440p @ 175 Hz (GSync Compatible).
Much like when I went with the i7 8700k in 2018, though Radeon 2 was stiff competition, it wasn't until Radeon 3, I thought AMD was best, and same with 30 Series, and RDNA 2, it's great to see a GPU competition again, maybe RDNA 3, will turn out best as well.
 
Then on 19th November 2021, I saw the very first EVGA card (I've seen) being sold anywhere, and it was the EVGA GeForce GTX 3080Ti FTW3 Gaming - 12G-P5-3967-KR, I was on Amazon UK, but it was sold by Amazon EU.
This was completely out of the blue, it just dropped in my lap, I wasn't even trying to buy a GPU any more, I'd given up on this gen, but it just showed up in my random, about once a month look and see and expected nothing from EVGA to be available.
 
Marked at £1,560.05,, but only from Amazon EU, and that added £312.01 of Import duties (Thanks Brexiteers, good to see you get what you deserved, for believing all the lies, even when it costs all of us).
That puts the cost up to £1,872.06, more than I wanted to pay, but experience has told me to expect to pay roughly £=$ for components in UK, regardless of the actual exchange rates, and that import duty would still have been added if I got it from Taiwan.
Current US price is $1429.99, so it's still about the going rate.
 
Yet it's a lot of coin when both my previous choices (One for a pair of GPUs) were under £700, so I thought long, and hard about it for an entire hour, and was shocked they both still on sale when I finally bought one.
 It was delivered on 24th November, but tracking said the Premium delivery (Free trial FTW) trip from Spain to my hands was about 14 hours, so I assume the other 4 days were to get it to EU, straight from EVGA in Taiwan.
 
So if you are 859,852nd, in the 3080 FTW Ultra queue, you can move up a place, I'm out. (Sorry MvdL79, couldn't resist that one, I have no idea where in the queue I was, never even looked).
Don't know how often Amazon are getting cards, or how the hell I could sit on grabbing.
 
I'm no trying to rub any salt in open wounds, just letting you know that cards are being sold, and even with just 2 cards available, the listing lasted for at least an hour, and one was still on sale, after I got mine.

Congrats! I went back to KR on this one, it seemed there was a chance to get one earlier. Chances are probably 0 now. Luckily I was able to snipe a 3080 Ti FE for msrp. The EVGA GPUs look so much better though and probably have way better cooling.

I did the same with another 3080, also switched that one back to KR. Thought there was a chance of getting one of those if everyone stayed at KL. I even remember people saying they got one but i think that was a "trap" to trick people.

I guess the KR notify will stay active forever, to bad i cant remove it or change it but i am glad i got lucky now.

I don't have any info on this. All I can tell you is that EVGA is trying to process as many video card orders as possible.

A full car of EVGA GPU is stolen , but no problem the NA/US queue is still races at 1st place :D The EU queue is paused and watching that. (I think the US law is stronger so they need to process the US queue faster because of EVGA afraids of lawsuit)
 
In my country, the 3080 is ~2225 € :)

I wouldn't pay that much attention to that page anymore. The EU queues are not being actively tracked right now and not a lot of people have submitted their timestamps there. This site was created way later than the queues. Prior to that folks that were actively tracking the queues were using xls in GDrive, like @eNewt does in the US and @BovineGamer, when he was still around, did for the EU ones. That page doesn't have the amount of data (=number of people, timestamps etc), those xls had, for the EU.

It is not that hard to figure it out... He is looking for up-to-date 3080 EU queue list. You mentioned that: "those xls had" and a google drive store.

 
There isn't any "up-to-date" list for the EU queues as no one is tracking them anymore, as I've already mentioned. It is not that hard to figure that it out...

The list you've linked is for the 3080Ti  and its variants (this list too has been abandoned by its creator and it is no longer up-to-date) and not for the 3080 @WINTER_SP is looking for, apparently.

This is pure speculation but, it might be something along the lines of full pallets get shipped to NA, leftover from a shipment gets sent to EU. Sending full pallets to NA is understandable, as they are first shipped to a central NA location and moved on from there, whilst EU is sent practically directly from manufacturing location. Just the disparity between the full pallets and leftovers is huge...

I had my notifies inactive too. Just send mail to evga support and they'll activate your notifies.
 

Still nothing....

OMG  I lost my notify for 10G-P5-3897-KL, simply dissapeard without mail....
It stay my second notify and an inactiv.... 
I don't understand. What happen ?
