Looks like Alternate.nl might have gotten 10 EVGA 3080 FTW3 ultras I was number 1 on the list and now I'm of the list. And some guy dropped 10 places on the list.

Dude, it's all about money, they don't care about "real" customers (sadly).
Probably EVGA EU makes more money selling the cards to retailers first..
Don't know the exact reasons for not implementing the queue system in EU, though..Probably just not enough stock atm.

Ive just called Caseking about my order. 5xRTX 3080 ECGA AC3 Black Gamings were delivered! And only 9 others infront of me. So some stock ahs been delivered. Apparently no clue when they are coming so decided not to cancel and wait 2 weeks. If nothing then then going for a AMD sry EVGA....
Just hope we get some soon!

Do you have any kind of proof on that? Because Ive been in talks with the support and they wrote that the order date matters, not the payment date. I for example have paid via Bank Transfer and I'm still in the near queue. At least I have it black on white on paper :D

Well i only heard that it was the payment date .. Hopefully see some cards soon. Personally dont believe im 15th cause far too many are before me but wait and see. If nothing happens in 2 weeks gonna try for a AMD card sick of waiting tbh

I will handle it the same. Either it is the 3800 in the near future, or Ill switch to Big Navi. Has better Linux drivers anyway. :)
All I can say is, they told me I'll get my card soon - a month ago. :D
Interestingly no statement on Twitter about sent XC3 Blacks have been made, for Ultra/FTW3 they did though.

I ordered my Black Gaming at 15:17 (and paid immediately) and haven't heard anything yet, but this gets my hopes up to be in the next batch. Will report when I hear anything.

So Alternate.de seems to recieve more and more 3080 the last few days, today for example there were a fey 820 Euro GPUs from a cheap brand in stock and i grabbed one. My much more expensive Gigabye will be send back.
I think, this chapter comes to an end for me, I am done with hunting for "cheap" 3080s for weeks now *sigh*

I think that's true too. Alternate seems to be the only retailer actually shipping cards. I have an order of an EVGA on caseking and put another order 5 days ago on an asus tuf on alternate. Let's see which one arrives first and which one I cancel. Afaik I am place <13 in queue for the XC3 black and should be >1000 for the tuf on alternate.

The only difference is that Alternate.nl gets barely any stock and Alternate.de has finished pre-order queues on some cards to the point of where they now sell them with next day delivery. Especially the INNO3D x3 and x4’s Also I spoke to an Alternate.nl Employee. There’s 430 pre-orders of the Asus Strix OC 3080. For EVGA THE XC3 and FTW3 are 34 and 21 pre-orders as of today 22/10/2020

Hard to believe Evga is handling this so badly, only heard good things about them, never had any problems with their cards before, but this will probably be the last card I buy from them, or might not... Depending on if I can get a another card before the ftw3 actually arrives... It all depends on the point of view. You ask US, they'll say only wonderful things about how this awesome queue system works and about how (ten of) thousands of US customers already were able to order their cards and for many, receive it since it's shipped in 3 days, while other brands are struggling in the US without a similar system. But if you ask EU, it's clear EVGA isn't doing enough. Also I applaud GamersNexus for talking about EU stock, almost the only one big guy I've seen doing that. I get that most guys are US based but that's just it : some big ones took flag for publishing RTX 3000 content because people were unhappy about seeing content about products they weren't able to buy. It just feels like when someone like him do that, it puts things into perspective for US customers about how much more stock they get and how lucky they are in comparison to other regions. And here we're complaining about EU situation, but in Australia I'm pretty sure they have it rough too. That's not just EU, that is every region against US at this point. Even Canada, even if they can apply to US Queueing, on retailer's side there's so few stock there despite being on the same continent, being a neighbor to US that it's indecent. Anyway, I've lost my hopes to get one in October. Let's hope next week announcement will be fun at least and enjoy Zen 3 release in 2 weeks. Probably have better chances of getting my 5800X than a 3080 before Christmas.

i ordered my card @ computeruniverse but i called them and asked for my place in the queu. one guy didnt want to tell me, i called them again one day later, another guy (nice guy) told me my place without any questions. maybe its a good idea to call caseking =)

im sure they can but they dont want. similar with my experience. dont like the support of caseking. they are not that customer friendly.
one hour before release i called caseking to ask about the availability and the guy was so unfriendly and annoyed immedtialey. computeruniverse has a much better support. one guy didnt give me my place in the queu and the next one did it without any questions.

Not very reassuring when someone asks if they even have any chance (not a 100% chance, but at least ONE chance to get one) and the answer is " I cannot say ". Also shipping weekly seems OK but it's assuming they send more and more cards per shipment otherwise sending 10 cards weekly won't matter...

but theres a chance for everyone. but maybe hes thinking forward. a guy who ordered a GPU end of october has a far smaller chance than a guy who ordered in september maybe. i think we will get ours in november. :)
