Well sadly no, we can't. You might hope that there just aren't many people who report, but the thing is we have many people who report that they have not received anything yet. So if there are Crapton of people saying they are in the first hour and still haven't gotten anything, we can be quite sure where we are in the queue.

All things being equal, you are probably right. We should expect people on the forum to be reporting good news often enough. What's the Last emailed date again? Is it a notification email that a buyer can purchase the product?

Well, these are some conflicting reports..
Bovinegamer makes overview of EU queue sheets, and "Latest Emailed Date" means the date customer received notification email from evga that product he subscribed for is available for order. Check EU list in his signature and see by yourself. and ohnoplsno doesnt really know **** is he talking

Sadly even if you manage to score one good deal you still have to deal with regional lock. Most GPU sales have become region locked so you can't buy from other countries as shops don't ship outside their borders.
This whole GPU mess brought european market dozen of years back in time, what a shame

I'm afraid I'll have to travel back in time and place another preorder, then.  Still cannot believe how lucky I was. In March, the store had that Gainward Phantom GS on backorder as a "special deal" for €1061. I ordered it and waited patiently. Last week I emailed them whether it was possible to change my delivery address, as we're about to move to the northern sea in June. During that conversation, the clerk informed me the delivery won't happen before the end of '21 or even during '22 and asked me whether I wanted to cancel that order. I replied "Yeah, better cancel that one, I'll try my luck later" and jokingly added "unless you have another 3080 in stock for up to €1300". The next day my phone rang and you all know the rest of the story. While I consider myself as a lucky bastard (even after I had to spend way more money on a 3080 than originally intended), my luck shows that I was about right with my earlier assumption: EVGA and other Board Partners have to fulfill the contracts with their distributors first, before they can sell their cards directly to us.

I have seen a few, mainly on Finnish retailers and... either caseking or alternate in Germany... Cards do come to European retailers, that's for sure...

But neither Alternate nor Caseking are an option if you are not willing to pay double the price...
Plus, Alternate has no bot protection, cards are only available for milliseconds if at all. Caseking prices are far beyond evil...

I answered the question of EVGA cards in retail stores.. but the prices are ~2.5x MSRP essentially anywhere you look, that is not a question in EU :D or there are some retailers I'm not familiar with, but I kinda doubt it, those would sell out immediately and be scalped...
