I mean.. they could add it in a sec but the EU queues aren't moving anyways so what'd be the point :D

That's my hope too. They're saving the chips for the ti versions, because they fabbed so good ;p

I dunno about that. It's more likely that the chips are good, but too flawed to be used as 3090 parts, so they're being recycled as 3080 / Ti parts.

That's how it's done! At least reading from internet.

I think what emphasizes the problem here in EU is that the population is higher (~750 for the whole Europe/~450 for EU vs ~330 in the US) so I would assume there would be more demand. Then if we say that the US is getting a lot more cards (based on what's being reported on the spreadsheets) it will result to a lot lower card/people. Even if both region were getting the same amount of cards (which I doubt), it would still seem as Europe is getting less. 
 
It's obviously a lot cheaper to send cards to the US right now and the reason we are getting cards in the EU is for EVGA to show that they haven't abandoned the region. And to be fair, I don't blame them. 

It doesn't stop EVGA from shipping their cards to EU and sell them for 2-3x msrp, how odd...

People say US prices are inflated too but that's the whole point of the queue...to give us a chance buy an EVGA gpu at a more normal price...

They just make too much money selling us their overpriced gpus through their partners whilst posting a make-believe queue that they care.

You can't really say the EU queue is working... If you didn't get in in the first... very close to launch for any card, you haven't gotten one and probably will not for a while...
I'm on day 2 for a 3070, which I thought.. maybe I'd get a card by December or something... Would be true if I was in NA...

Not that it should matter, but some skus do move faster than others (both NA & EU) , the 3060 being a particularly poor mover in both domains.
That said, while different skus move comparatively at different rates.....none of the EU are really on par with the NA rates. So we're "worse than poor" in some respects :-)

Seems like Elite membership is the only way I'm getting a card this decade. Wondering if the numbering of the cards (eg 3080) is actually the year we can expect them to be readily available at MSRP :P

3060 started at the same time for everyone, elite matters only for upcoming cards(3080ti, 3070ti)

Probably.. I think the general idea is to give repeat customers/"active"(100 posts on the forum) forum members a chance to get in before everyone else..
A problem being imo is that scalpers/bots can buy and register cards for elite membership, don't know how much it's gonna do for non-scalpers... Just my speculation, maybe it'll be good enough :) After the 24h it's going to be ****ed anyways... I mean.. EU especially is just ****ed. Not even a full minute into the 3060 launch 3 months later... NA at least has made it past noon...

Question is how many accounts for 100 posts here / 5000 points on twitch is an average scalper willing to make.  And there are not many(if at all) 10xx/16xx/20xx series cards out there to register for elite.
