I will deposit it in the bank to charge interest, and then continue to work every day.
If you try not to work for a long time, you will understand that not working is really boring.

1. Keep the fact I have $10,000,000.00 as much of a secret as possible
2. Pay off any loans and debt I have accrued which I can't pay back normally through my job (this also applies to my immediate family, anything they can't pay off through normal means I will help pay off)
3. Try and get an easier job/become self employed doing something I like (since money isn't an issue now I don't have to worry too much about pay)
4. Spend the same way I normally do so that I can live the rest of my life easy while still being able to afford the occasional treat
5. Learning how to invest among other things so that I can try and increase my newfound wealth
6. Anything I have left at the end of my life can be donated or written into my will
7. And last but not least: Finally get a graphics card for my new PC (this one's the most important)

1. Sell my current home, and get a new one ... with an outdoor grilling kitchen in the backyard. Offset smoker or pellet grill, plus a charcoal one, and a gas one for when I need a quick cook.
2. Not much desire to do a lot of traveling (I've already done enough of that, that it seems like more of a chore these days,) but I'll probably take a month off work and go somewhere with my son ... A week in California for Disneyland and Lego World. Then, another week to go on a train ride across the country. Last week, I dunno ... probably wing it.
3. Get a new vehicle.
4. Rest goes into bank/investments.

1: Pay taxes: (-4M)
2: Hire a legal team to plan out estate.
3: Hand my phone over to my legal team and obtain a new device and number.
4: Pay off all my outstanding debts.
5: Build a house for myself.
6: Stick the remainder in the bank with earmarks for taxes of any sort,

I'd continue to work.  Nothing kills old people faster than retirement.

The only other time I'd touch the money would be to flat-out BUY a new vehicle once I drive my current one into the ground.  And not a Porsche or anything stupid.  A daily driver.  A NICE daily driver.  But nothing crazy.

After paying the medical bills from the heart attack that the shock of winning would give me...., I'd pay off the rest of my medical bills from the cancer chemotherapy treatments that are keeping me alive.  (Medicare doesn't cover everything.)
Then...., I'd buy a farm in Southern Wisconsin, out in the open farmland, not tell anyone about my winning or my new address, and then I think I'd spend my time building fancy new computers and give them away anonymously to people who I think deserve them!  Of course that would have to be in between the things my wife wants me to do around the house!  (After putting up with me for almost fifty years...., she deserves whatever she wants that I could give her!)
 

Honestly, I think no matter how much money I make, I would never stop investing in myself and in my business. I think about the fact that there is never much money. And the demands will always grow, so you need to invest in something new, to develop. And for that you need investment. I would like to create my own SMS system, which will be engaged in attracting customers through SMS mailing. I use one myself, and it's very convenient. I like it when there is hlr lookup and I can clear my base of numbers and just analyze them. I think it would be a great investment.

Move far far away from the city.. Thinking Idaho, Montana, Colorado or Wyoming.  Build a small compound in the woods.  Maybe set up some supplemental solar/hydro power along with a well and septic.   Maybe get one of those Starlink things.. and probably call it a day.
