SajinLooks like the gpu is thermal throttling for some reason. Try reapplying the thermal paste. If that doesn’t fix it rma it.
D3_GXGPU-Z is only showing 2 fans, maybe make sure the 3rd one is spinning. If the 3rd one is NOT spinning this would be your issue, and you might need to RMA. Otherwise, maybe reflash the BIOS? This is kinda going out on a limb though and I doubt this will fix your issue. This likely needs to be RMA'd

However, it does not hurt to check if it's "locked" by the software.my friend was complaining about how he did not have 60 fps in cyberpunkturns out it's capped by the precision x1.
