I saw that VDroop is set to Auto. What is Auto? Is this dynamic, where the VDroop is changing on the fly by the motherboard? Anybody know?

Auto usually means the motherboard will set what it thinks is best for your current config.

hmm ok thanks. Seems like i should make it static, don't want the the motherboard to keep changing it.

Below is the available options. Since there is "Disable", I am assuming "Default" means that THERE IS a Dvroop with no +% or -%. I will select default then.

    The following options are available:
    +90% - max droop
    +50% - large droop
    +25% - more droop
    -50% - small droop
    -75% - min droop
    Default
    Disable
    Auto

What is the VDROOP a percentage of and how is it applied?
I had been using it to enhance stability and break through my apparent 4.5GHz ceiling but 50% crashes my system even at lower more stable frequencies.
I don't want to throw too much V at my MoBo/CPU but can't avoid BSOD with Auto VDROOP or 25% setting and CoreV up to 1.4V (temps at ~60C)
