I get all sorts of emails from EVGA, some I can organize, others I'd rather not move out of my primary inbox. Just so I can be sure to not miss my 8-hour window, or whatever it is, I'd like to either know exactly what the subject of the email's text is and what the first few sentences say, in the format of Gmail, please. If anyone has a picture of one of those emails in their inbox, that would be beyond awesome!

It will come from ordernotify@evga.com. So be sure to whitelist that address in your email client.

Thanks for sharing, definitely helps with setting some mailbox rules
I would also check my mailbox at 10:30 am and 3:00pm and 5:00pm everyday PST. It seems like mail comes at 9:00, 10:00, 11:00 or 2:00, 3:00pm. Or not, but that could just be what I notice. It could be totally random too. I'm waiting on a que I hope to come up in the next couple weeks, but checking three times daily saves some sanity.

I also added evga's email address to whitelist so it does not get filtered as well.

Thanks for the info. Imho 8 hours is a bit short. I'm used to having different sleeping schedules due to working in shifts and I'm a bit paranoid about receiving the mail as soon as I go to bed  Oh well, let's hope we do get a chance at all.

I'm just checking periodically. Once I see a notice has been sent, I'll start digging through my email. Not that it matters since the queue is probably still back in November 2020 lol

It will be from order.EVGA or something along those lines and the email tells you that you have 8 hours to purchase the item
