Every time I go to evga.com now I get redirected to asia.evga.com, but I'm an American. How can I get this to stop?

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, you should find a setting that lets you chose your region, under all the links to various parts of the site.

Where? I don't see anything at the bottom of the page to make this change.

There is a drop-down box that lets me switch from Asia to English (US), however once it refreshes the page, it's still asia.evga.com again.

have you tried to clear you cookies/cache? it's possible it got saved as the Asian site somewhere, and it's not being overwritten correctly, I can change my region OK and have it stick on refreshes, so I'm thinking it's some form of cached data or cookies setting it that way and reverting the changes.

Must be an issue with Brave browser then... As far as I know there's nothing to be cleared. I guess I won't be able to use this website anymore.

maybe a proxy issue then? if it doesn't save your set location (IE cookie blocking effects and such), and a proxy is making you appear from somewhere in Asia, I could think it might try to default you to that location instead, don't know a ton about Brave however, but that's my best guess.

To clear your cache in Brave do this. Click the 3 vertical bars at the top right, then click on Settings. This will open a page where you click on the Privacy and settings spot. This will open up a new page where you can clear the cache. If this doesn't work, try going into your profile and set Region - Language. https://www.evga.com/community/myProfile.asp

It's a caching issue that happens sometimes when we're working on the website. We've been working on the website today. These two things may be connected....

That did not work @Kram36. I tried it, but nada. EVGA's tech support said that it's because the U.S. military address I have on file is overseas and that's why it's not redirecting properly, but they didn't give a solution.

If you're using a VPN that might be why.

I'm not using a VPN, but I am physically outside of the U.S. because I work at a military base overseas. Wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that I can't get out of the asia.evga.com website like I used to be able to.
