When I installed the new version of the folding software, Which I had to install to a new sub directory. The web client worked fine then when I restarted my PC it did not work anymore is there any way to fix this? It just loop refreshes with nothing showing, the regular client works fine.

Don't use the web viewer. If you go to your system tray you'll see the icon for F@H and you can right click and choose to open the Advanced Control app.

Chrome doesn't like it but you should be able to open it with explorer.

I think newer windows builds are limiting localhost webservers. They can be a security risk. Especially ones like fah which pretend to be a domain.

I found a fix but I think you might have to use it every time you run the client.. Press F12 Key then right click the refresh button and select hard reload (or ctrl+shift+R). This will work for chrome browser.
