Weak IMC?

I can overclock my 3600MHz 2x8GB kit to 4500MHz, but I cannot overclock my 4500MHz 2x8GB nor my 4000MHz 2x16GB kit at all.

Z390 DARK, 9900K, 2080 FTW3 ULTRA, GSKILL 4500, 960EVO M.2

    4500mhz definitely isn’t weak imo. Sounds like one kit just isn’t good at overclocking.

    The 4500mhz kit may be fine, but it's at the limit of your imc.
