Was lucky enough to get a 3080 FTW3 Ultra through step up and recently was curious.

So after I received my air cooled 3080 ftw3 ultra I bought and installed the FTW hybrid kit. It's served me well with no complaints, and I even installed and the XOC bios. Recently, however, I wondered if I had to send in my card for an RMA, will I still qualify? And would I receive an air cooled 3080 ftw3 ultra back, an actual ftw3 ultra hybrid-maybe b stock, my same card, or a replacement air cooled card in my hybrid kit?

I'm sure the performance is all about the same regardless, but if anyone from EVGA could let me know that'd be appreciated.

You would have to take off the hybrid kit and send it back as originally received.  Most likely you will get back a refurbed ftw3 ultra.

Card needs to be sent back to us in factory condition. The Hybrid kit and card will have 2 different serial numbers.

    1) Products that are modified outside of factory specifications and/or not in factory condition.

In other words you return your card to its stock condition prior to submitting an RMA. It's that simple.
You should receive the same model back. Within 30 days of purchase, they 'try' to return a new card. After 30 days, it's a refurb.
