Hi, I had to buy a new full desktop from Cyberpowerpc to even get an EVGA 3070 ftw3, as I couldn't purchase one directly or through any retailer.
It finally arrived and the video card has gone caput.  Initially it had short vertical green lines everywhere, then black screen.  Now it's only black screen. Tried it on two other computers, different cables, monitors, etc., with same result.
I was on hold with them for over 4 hours with nothing, no return emails, etc.

In any case, can I RMA through EVGA?  I tried reading the fine lines under warranty, but wasn't sure because of where I bought it.
Thanks!

If you bought the parts from Cyberpower you still need to register them with EVGA for your warranty, but yes you can RMA them through EVGA.

Yes, you can RMA through us but keep in mind this may have an effect on the warranty with CyberPower and I encourage you to ask them if this is the case. Most cards sold in a CyberPower pre built will come with a 1 year warranty which is the general length of the entirety of the warranty with the computer itself. Sometimes they will have a 3 year warranty so it depends. Always check the part number suffix as 1 year will be BR and 3 years will be KR
