Warranty and pre-order questions.

I decide it is only between the strix and the FTW3, but I lean towards the FTW3,
I can not resist the design of the FTW3.

 If I buy the ftw3 1080ti you and I bring Paraguay, does the warranty cover me?
I can not make a pre-order because I'm in Paraguay?
I own Paypal.
 
My last evga was a gtx1060 of 6gb,

    The standard 3 year warranty also applies in your country. Unfortunately we do not offer direct sales from our web store outside of Canada, U.S. and Mexico.

    The way our payment system is set up, it will only allow payments from a bank account established in one of those three countries so it would not be enough to just have an address within the U.S.
