Fair warning, if you have any issue with your card that require RMA be sure to utilize  email or else you will be sent another defective card from the 0.1 revision. At this point I have paid for cross ship and and return shipping on a second bad card. I was then told that sorry we can't promise you a thing, plus we can't send you a working product until we receive the bad second card we sent you back. Normally EVGA is great, but the cover up of the problems with this particular card are bad. I noticed the original thread mentioning the power problems was removed from sticky in an attempt to hide it from others.

I think the lack of stock is also afffecting RMAs.

This information is a little misleading. It is true that we cannot open a second advanced RMA while the other is still open, but we have not refused to start another Standard or Cross Ship RMA in the case where a customer received a replacement that was not functioning, though this would be a rather rare occurrence.
