Hi All,

I've been in queue for a 3090 for over a year, with no luck yet.
 
At this point I am considering skipping the 3090 entirely and wait for the next models to come out.
 
What do you all thing?

    Where are you located?

    Also, think with your wallet. NVidia hasn’t announced ANYTHING about the 3090ti other than that they will talk about it later, and that the GOU core is a fully unlocked GA-102. They have given no price, no release date, and no further information about the card.

    Just pondering the fact that I've been almost a year in the queue ... and still not a peep about being able to order the 3090s so eh ... might as well look beyond?

    Thinking with my wallet is kind of pointless when I can buy neither ...

    If you get a chance to buy a 3090ti before the 3090, then do it. But there is no release date as of yet, so that’s not an option until NVidia does what they said they would.

    As for the 3090, which queue did you sign up for, and when did you sign up? As time went on, I would assume more and more people signed up just trying to get anything they could, so the waiting list got longer.

    This is my current status. I kept only two per instructions earlier on.
    24G-P5-3988-KR I’ve been in queue since April 13, 2021
    24G-P5-3975-KR I’ve been also in queue since the same day

    Don’t know if I made a mistake by removing the September 2020 date queue entries - I just kept the two I want the most.

    The 3988 has moved pretty well, current last notification timestamp was in Feb 2021.
    The 3975 is still in October 2020.

    I'd hold that 3988 for sure.  Maybe drop the 3975 for a chance at the 3090Ti, if the pricepoint isn't completely bonkers.
