rsabatinoDitch that X299 board like I did get yourself and AMD processor with a B550 motherboard no problems
frankieHello friend I already did all the steps but it won't let me Activate the safe mode This is what it tells me: Setup tsabted System in Setup Mode! Disabled Secure Boot can be enabled when System in User Mode. Repeat operat ion after enrolling Platform Key (PK) And that is what I do not understand what key I have to put or is that I have to create it. my motherboard is a Dark Z390 AND it has version 1.09
Not2NutzI have the EVGA X299 Micro mATX size mobo running an i7-7800X. To my great surprise the TPM chip is already built into the motherboard. Nothing to buy. Just enable TPM in the BIOS and the Windows 11 Pre-release developers version installs without a problem. So Thanks EVGA for doing it the right way and saving me the extra cost of a TPM Module. N2N
uticaman315I really don't see why they needed to add TPM as a measure of security to basically kill anyone's system that is older than Intel 7th gen. When most do not care about much other than using the OS to game.
ESchrijverI have it ironed out to secure boot. But when enabling the system wont post. It's long ago since I have dig into the biossettings, so I loose some track. How can I enable secure boot and the system to work/post?
ESchrijverHey Zoran, its GPT.Are there any other settings that may be important?I remember scertain settings for resizable bar, CSM disabled, 4G decoding enabled.
