ViewSonic Corp., a leading global provider of visual solutions, introduces the latest line of budget-friendly monitors for home entertainment and gaming. The VX18 series of monitors will come in sizes from 24- to 34-inches, features adaptive sync technology, an ultra-fast 1 ms (MPRT) response time and refresh rates that range from 144 Hz to 165 Hz. Created for price-sensitive users looking for high performance features, the VX18 line of displays deliver great options for all types of entertainment applications.

The VX18 series of monitors include the VX2418-P-MHD, VX2718-P-MHD, VX2718-PC-MHD, VX2718-2KPC-MHD, VX3218-PC-MHD and VX3418-2KPC. "With the VX18 line of monitors, ViewSonic is able to provide budget-conscious users with the features they want for gaming and entertainment," said Jenny Faber, product manager at ViewSonic America. "As social distancing and remote work continues to influence our daily activities, homes have been transformed into digital retreats where we can connect, work, and play. Bedrooms, kitchens, and recreation rooms are now primary spaces for virtual work, distance learning, and entertainment. The ViewSonic VX18 series of monitors was designed to support the wide range of ways people connect today, from gaming and video streaming to interactive content creation and sharing. The budget monitors sound a lot better then I thought that they would. Pretty decent specs for people not yet ready for 4K gaming.

Viewsonic are pretty good monitors & long lasting.
I have several ViewSonic P810-3M 21" CRT Monitors that still work flawlessly to this day, so imagine what the newer 2021 will do lol.

Thanks to Steve posting the info on the new Viewsonic monitors, many members that are looking for some new monitors now have some extra options.

I know many go with top brand names like Samsung/LG/Sony/etc. but how many of those have a proven life longevity such as Viewsonic. Yes, they may be cheaper than the other brand names but the quality is there as demonstrated by my photos above with clearly visible manufacture date of 1998. Although I have several 4K LCD monitors for my main computers, my old CRT monitors work flawlessly like the day they were made.
