I can confirm that our regional office for your country sent out an email to you this past Friday regarding the delay with the supply of a replacement unit. They have placed a priority on your RMA so that once stock has arrived, your replacement can be fulfilled right away. We do apologize as we work through the global supply challenges.
Please respond to the email that was sent to you with any questions you may have as that would be the best avenue for ETA.
