I plan to finally take a trip back to the UK to see friends and family. I haven't seen them since December 2019 :-(

I wish to take my SO to Japan someday. Maybe not right after the pandemic but sooner the better.
 
Most likely just visit all of my relatives when it's possible without risking anybody's health.

I lived in Taiwan for quite some time. I plan on heading back there as soon as possible. To be fair, it seems like that country is probably one of the best/most safe places to be right now. They're handling the pandemic pretty much as well as you could expect.

I wouldn't be so sure about 'safe' - maybe as far as the pandemic goes at present, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if China made a move on Taiwan soon.

Well, you're not wrong. Actually my previous estimates were that 2021 would be the year China would try a takeover- albeit an economic one - of Taiwan. However, then the world caught fire and I think the plans got delayed slightly. To be fair though, China has been saying this stuff for years now and it's mostly just showing their teeth. In the end, if they were to try a full on invasion, the US would have Taiwan's back - hopefully. They said they would so..

This covid is gonna take years to end. Right during spring ppl were out and about like nothing happened. Govts effed up relaxed too much on mask mandates and distancing. With more variants this is gonna be sloooow.
