What is this tuner you speak of? The OC scanner they put in to MSI Afterburner's latest version?
Keep in mind, MSI Afterburner's current version is a BETA for Ampere in general, and the OC Scanner for the VF Curve is also a new Beta feature - so at best, you can expect it to work "sometimes".
If you want a reliable OC scanner (IMO OC Scanners are garbage, other than giving you a "starting point" for OC testing), Precision X1's worked for me on all 3 cards I've had that are 30-series cards.
Personally, I'd recommend just slapping an undervolt/OC on your card for regular usage & see if it's happy with that.
I ran this on my 3090 FTW3 Hybrid & had no issues playing games for hours & hours on it:
2040MHz is the "stock" boost clock for a Kingpin, and about a +120 offset for what the 3090 FTW3 normally boosted to for me (~1905-1935MHz, with it usually sticking at around 1920MHz). If you find that isn't stable, bump the voltage point to 1025mV - that should definitely be stable. That will give you faster than stock clocks, lower than stock voltage, and thereby, lower temperatures & lower power draw.
Note: I'm on a 3090 Kingpin now so I can only give so many pointers on the 3090 FTW3-strain of 3090s, I don't have one on hand to directly compare notes.
