Hi there,

I'm trying to use the VF Curve Tuner to find what overclock my 2080 Super XC Ultra can muster...
I've increased Power to it's max 117%
I've increased Voltage to 100

When I hit Scan..nothing seems to happen. Temps don't increase... Current power level doesn't seem to raise up anything over 23% (which is pretty much idle it seems).
After around 30 seconds I get an error saying "Dominant Limiters: No Load"

I'm under the impression this scan give me an idea of what the card can do... However it seems to do nothing at all?

Sorry if i'm just doing this totally wrong.

Thanks!

When running the curve scanner leave everthing at default setting.  Also i have seen where you may need to close out of px1, then open/run as administrator then try the curve tuner.

So once we do all that, what lasting change is made and how do I use it?

Once the tuner is done then you just click apply and thats supposed to be the base settings for the card when you open px1, the only way it should change is then if you create your own custom profile with other settings.

    Thanks for the replies.
Tried the above steps and had the same outcome.
I reset to default. Closed X1. Ran application as admin.
    Hit Scan.
After around 15 - 30 seconds after no activity at all I get "Dominant Limiters: No Load"

Just be sure you're running at least Version 1.0.4.0 of Precision X1 which "Adds support for additional RTX 2080 SUPER cards" and to click the little "i" button at the bottom-right to see if there might be a firmware update available for your card..Version 1.0.6.0 is the latest as of now and is what you should be using.

Otherwise, click the "Default" button in Precision X1..Then close Precision X1..Then uninstall Precision X1 through Control Panel -> Programs and Features..Then click "Yes" at the "Do you want to remove Precision X1 setting files" prompt..Then restart your PC..Then close all programs/apps running in the Taskbar/System Tray..Then install Precision X1 again, right-clicking the installer to "Run as administrator".

That's all I can tell you about it..Good luck.
