This morning i installed perscision X1 and my 3090 ftw3 ultra, i was advised that there was a VBIOS update. I click and a black box comes up asking Y to confirm, i click yes screen flashes. Then another black box press Y to confirm i type Y it shows the loading goes to 100% then my screen goes black. I then waited and waited and waited some more, waited for over a hour then turned off the PC. now i dont get anything from the GPU. I unplug the gpu use integrated graphics get to bios im using UEFI and resizable bar is enabled (i even tried disabling the bar still nothing as others have posted as a fix) still nothing. i unlug a few more times switching between original and OC switch and nothing. unplug go to bios again and use Integrated Grahics onyl and disable PCIE video plug in the GPU turn on and now a black screen with a white underscore and that is it wont move cant get to BIOS with the card installed at all. when i unplug and use integrated graphics of my 1660 ti all is good when trying the 1660 ti in slot 1 with the 3090 in slot 2 nothing idk what to do and im upset to say the least can any one help ive reached out and waitign for EVGA to respond going to call them today but until then n e suggestons?!?!?

will removing the battery do n e thing else to my PC?

Strange that switching between bios does nothing. I would have thought one of the PCIe power connections would have died. That is why I asked about a little red light above one. Last thing I would try is making sure fast boot is off. Also see if there is a bios update for the mobo.

Did you try the other BIOS on the graphics card? There's a switch next to the connectors to switch between "OC" and "Normal" bios (which just change the fan behavior).

Well you only updated one of the vBIOS switch positions and now the computer won't boot with it installed, even if you have the switch in the other position.
 
I hate to say it, but the card might be dead. I'd call EVGA and work on an RMA (unless they have some other things for you to try first).

If you boot off of integrated graphics, does the card show up in Windows device manager?

If so, I'd try flashing it again with NVFlash (assuming NVFlash can see it).
