Upping GTX780 Hydro Copper to 1.3V?

I'm looking into cranking the nuts off my GTX780 Hydro Copper now it's old and not worth much money, but the voltage limitation is stopping me from getting above about 1220MHz. Is there any straightforward way to unlock the voltage to 1.3V+ (I've done some editing on Maxwell BIOS Tweaker before on another card but never messed with voltages).
