Updating secondary bios?

Hi,
 
EVGA sent me a BIOS chip for my X299 FTW K as apparently the chip wasn't update at the factory to support Cascade Lake X motherboards. I installed the chip fine, and it boots up, but now I want to update the secondary, non-removable chip on the motherboard.
 
I tried updating the bios but it only updates the removable one. I don't use windows so I can't use the bios update utility. Any way to update?

    BIOS 1.22 is the latest for the X299 FTW K.
     
    Use the BIOS Installation method described here, and then:
     
    1. Leave the USB flash drive plugged in
    2. Boot your PC into BIOS using the working BIOS
    3. Move the BIOS Selector Switch to the other BIOS that needs updated
    4. Navigate to the Save & Exit tab and open "Select BIOS File" and then select the .bin file you wish to flash
     
    And then you should find joy.

    While you are in the BIOS screen switch BIOS in the Mobo then update.
