Ups is so ****ing bad... with DHL I'd had my card Friday. Ups now ****ed up (due to weather they say, well it's raining, it's not like the world is ending...) and didn't even deliver today. We'll see if they manage tomorrow, it should rain again so maybe I won't get my card till August...

My card followed the exact same dates as yours and is also delayed. It was supposed to arrive yesterday. Did you contact UPS and asked for the reason for me tracking shows no reason just that it is delayed.

Mine is stuck in herne at the moment.

Huh, I guess I have to contact UPS then.
Mine just says delayed and the package hadn't had any updates since the 28th other than it is now delayed yesterday morning at 8.

Worried they lost it or someone at the depot picked it up as a late Christmas gift for themselves.

That's a surprise. I thought with the Chinese New Year celebrations going on, nothing would move until after the 15th.

Anyone else suffering delays ?
On 14th Jan, got the email to say (at last) my stepup was being processed and I would get an email for payment.
Received email and paid on 14th Jan.
Next day, received the email with label to send in my 2070S. Sent on the 15th Jan.
On the 25th Jan received an email from EU EVGA to advise my card had been received and that my 3080 would be sent out with a tracking number within 24-48 hrs.
Week later - nothing. So I emailed Customer Support and asked what was going on - they replied to say that there were delays and it would be shipped within another 72 hrs.
Come to today (08/02) - I email them again and this is now the reply I am getting --
"
Unfortunately, we have not received any feedback yet.
We are currently in internal clarification, as soon as we receive a response we will contact you again immediately.
"

It looks to me like the RMA department is not responding to EVGA CS queries.
I am 3+ weeks without my original 2070S and EVGA Have had the card for 2 weeks now.

Anyone else having the same issues ?

Hold on a second, you paid €993 to step up from a 2080? Or was €993 the cost of the 3080, then take the price of your 2080 off that?

No I paid 245€, shipping included. : )

718 (2080 price) + 245 (step up cost) + 30 (2080 shipping) = 993€

Looks like either not a lot of people have gone for the StepUp process since say Oct 2020 or they haven't posted.

Oh I wish but as somebody else has said it before, they probably just haven't posted because the original post has gone stale
and you can't expect OP to keep updating stuff when they're done and can rather spend their time gaming.

Yeah yeah, ik. And there is the fact people maybe see the first posts and realise the process will take a long time and then they just give up in participating here but applied for the step up anyway...

Somebody had done it before and said it had taken 6 months. That post had my hopes drop already.
The queue started on 17.09.2020 and it took roughly until mid October 2021 (!) to finish off the first month.
We're on 20.10.2020 now. 😂
 
At the pace of the past weeks though I'm hopeful again. My date's 01.11.2020. Soooo close. Gaaah!

What is it your nowadays GPU?

By the way: all steps were completed on the same day and I sent my 2070 Super to EVGA yesterday. Originally it was supposed to arrive there today, but the tracking is saying now it's gonna be delayed till Monday. I don't now if a whole lot would have happened today anyway so...

Edit: I used DHL since it's shipping within Germany and it was mentioned in their mail as one of the recommended methods

I'm very curious about the turnaround afterwards, how long it will take until your 3080 finally arrives then.
