You couldn’t make this stuff up. Absolute shambles. They say 1-3 business days. So they are already late. Now if it was the other way round and you enter step up late they tell you to do one.
If card isn’t processed in 1-3 days, they are technically in breach of their agreement that you make and enter into upon paying them.
Yep, good luck getting anything other than sorry for the delay if you told them anything. Got my money and got my card not much we can do. Horrendous customer service experience. The lack of information is astounding.
I just amended my post with the catalogue of a mess this has been.

It’s actually an absolute joke. I’m not even bothered about waiting for ages to get step 2, thats not the problem. The problem is every single thing since.

Also I have received tracking information however the tracking number given is actually the serial number from the New 3080. So no closer to actually shipping

Nothing's moved for me yet, obviously. I'm very late to the game.
Just a small warning about payment options. I figured I'd be able to put the amount on my credit card.
Normally it doesn't matter if I directly pay with my Amazon VISA or through PayPal as a proxy, either or normally worked for any shop with now two exceptions.
The other one first stopped accepting CCs, then PP, and now only delivers via invoice.
I just bought the warranty extension for my temp 2070S, paid via PayPal and was surprised to not see my CC default option but only my bank account there.
So much for parking the difference on the card when it's time then.
Also, I ran into an "Oops! Something broke." when PP was through. Luckily I instantly got the app push and an EVGA email about the transaction. It shows up in my account as well.

I managed to snag another vendors card on Friday from Ebuyer and it's arrived already, so I've cancelled my Step Up. I was still in Step 1 from 24/09 with zero email updates or indication where I might be in a queue - no money for EVGA this time round. The lack of communication around EU step up has been absolutely shocking. Good luck everyone!

Congratulations! What card where you able to get and at what price? I am mostly sticking with the Step-Up because the prices from 3rd party vendros are anywhere from 100-200 Eur over what EVGA themselves are selling them at for the same cards.

Red lips, but i'm in no position to complain i've rushed it in to my setup so no comments on cable management please!  I might add that I rang EVGA this morning and complained about the tracking number not working, they said it was still in the warehouse and hadn't been dispatched, I gave them a bit of an earful, then a couple of hours later UPS arrived at my door with this, they really have no clue what's going on over there.
