Yeah, took my about 2 months to get to step 4.

Well you got atleast something. They don't inform me even about my step up. I will probably wait till 2021. Kinda disappointed in EVGA.

If anyone already send in the card and it arrived at their facility.
I'm waiting since monday to get back my card and status is still pending.
I call EVGA and the agent told me that they had their annual stocktaking this week and cards will be send out today, latest monday with UPS.

Still pending here in the Netherlands. Not sure how long this takes....

Stage 1. I only got one mail 2 months ago when I registered for the 3080 step up. I didn't get anything after that. Probably because there is still no stock.


2 months and 2 weeks for me here Belgium still Step 1

I dont mind waiting, heck the whole world is waiting on these cards to become normal in stock, but I am a little disappointed in the communication from EVGA, the lack of communication. Wouldn't be too difficult for them to have a spokesperson active on the forums, for EU and USA.

Ireland - Step 1 - Mon Oct 5, 2020 (13.43)

Can I ask what the situation is with Steup Up in Europe.
I am in the queue since Oct 5th and have not heard anything yet.  I've seen tweets from people stating they are in teh queue in the EU since 19/07 with no update.
I have used it twice in teh past with no issues or huge delays.
Is there any movement or communciations ??

OMG - there seems to be literally no movement. I wish we could get some idea of where we are, when we can expect it etc ? They have implemented the NOTIFY queue now, why not do something for Step Up - expecially here in Europe. Very frustrating ...

LOL the stocktaking excuse, this is EVGA EU code for "we haven't bothered to even look at this yet". Anyone who contacts the EU service team about a delay get fed the stocktaking line

My card was delivered to EVGa on Thursday (03.12.2020). No confirmation from EVGA that they received the card.

Well finally i got step-up 3 email after waiting a month in step 2 and submitted payment through Paypal and nothing!!!for two days only paypal confirming they took my dosh££$$.
Still the card in my products shows Submit payment, so only their bank knows i paid and the rest of the company is shrugging shoulders, after i phoned them the guy said to email support and i did but no reply two days later and im feeling a little cheesed off with the whole step-up hoop jumping rollercoaster.
Anyway chin up i'm British..

Just got off the phone to EVGA, say they are doing a stock take which will be complete today. The guy went and spoke to the RMA Team who physically checked if my parcel was there which it was. RMA Team told him to expect a new GPU Shipped out by Wednesday at the latest for it to arrive by end of the week.

Just to update you guys, my 'old' card arrived Munich EVGA from the UK yesterday via DHL parcel. Took 4 business days, paid for 2-3 business days, so I guess ok, just had minimal tracking, so a little cumbersome.  So Evga should send out the new card now, I am doing a 3090 step up from a 2080ti I bought at scan.  Will keep you posted on the turnaround from EVGA.

There are now technical issues EVGA have with creating shipping labels they are hoping to fix today or tomorrow.

May I ask when you got your step 1 mail / entered the step-up? There is so less Info about eu 3090 step-ups. I entered 10/2, so a few days late to the party :)
