Im not impressed with after getting my step 2 email 11/5/2020 and checking email every day for 16 days only to find on the Step-Up Information page of my card it now states "Next Step EXPIRED".
So i found it a little disheartening after 2 months looking forward to my new Ftw Ultra 3080 card, so now im in another queue for 45mins trying to phone customer support!!!!
I get the same Message on my StepUp. Let us know if you get any info. I'll try to call them on monday and check if i can any answer.

Same thing happened with my 3090 step up, step 2 on 5th November and no step 3 e-mail, then showing as expired today.
I just spoke with an EVGA technical support agent in the US who has raised the issue with a supervisor who look into it on Monday. I also pointed him to this thread and he saw that this has affected multiple people so he thinks it may have been a system error, he said his system seems to indicate that the step 3 e-mail was sent out to me but I know I definitely didn't receive it, and until this morning the status of my step up was showing as "Next Step: Awaiting Approval" which he said usually would have been something along the lines of "Next Step: Awaiting Payment", so that's why he thinks something may have gone wrong their end with the processing or a system error not correctly moving the step ups onto step 3 and sending out e-mails as it should have done, especially as its affected at least 4 of us who all got step 2 on the same day.
I will report back once I hear back next week after its been looked into.

Same issue here. Step 2 email received ages ago, not heard anything since. No emails or updates to the website. Status now says Expired.

I got around to finally RMA'ing my Step-Up card with EVGA EU. It took them less than a day to approve my RMA and send a replacement card back. Only the shipping is taking a while. I shipped from BE to DE on 16th. They received in on the 19th. They sent the replacement card back on the 20th. It is in transit back expected delivery by the 25th.

I rang the EU helpdesk and explained what happened, he took my serial number and reactivated the request it now says next step:awaiting approval.
He did mention that they expecting to fulfill orders starting next week.

Called today EVGA for my 3090 Upgrade in Europe.
THey told me, that automatically all requests are being deactivated by the system after 30 days.
But they reactivated all requests yesterday and today.
The cards are expected to be fullfilled by next week - but by far not all.
