I am updating the OP, but unfortunately when you make changes it will sometimes flag you for mod approval of the edit. It will eventually get approved and will be more up to date.

got my step 2 at 9:26 PT/12:26 ET today. got step 1 at 6:10 PT/9:10 ET

I am further down the list at 6:15, but the fact that they are already into 6:11 is VERY good news. I guess stock is moving :) 

6:18 here. Feeling pretty confident emails will be sent out a lot sooner than 3080 and 3090 step up queues. I'm thinking I'll get mine either next week or the week after. Crossing my fingers for this time next week.

Honestly I figured we would hit Step 3 today and let us at least pay for the cards but as the day draws to a close I don't think we will be getting those today. I think a few days is typical to go from Step 2 - 5. 

Just got my Step 3 a minute ago (and Step 4 already, since I paid hahah) - just waiting on RMA so I can ship it out

The 3080 thread is a good reference to use. Most people there got from Step 2 to Step 5 either the same day or the next day.

Yup, was same day for 2/3/4, had to wait for Step 5 with the actual RMA # until the next day I think

Step 3 email received 5:41PM (PDT)
Step 4 email received 5:53PM (PDT)
 
PS. Step 1 received 6:10AM (PDT) day of release

Wow so fast! Step 4 complete, should be able to ship out tomorrow! Thread updated!

Step 3 email received at 6:01PM PT, just made payment and received step 4 email at 8:00pm PT.

Hmmm, I keep getting a "Credit card transaction failure. Please try again later on. The request is missing one or more required fields." When everything is filled out and my 2 cards are good. Anyone else have this issue? Maybe just try again in the morning?
