The 3060ti became available for step up on 12/2, I'm curious when it will start to be fulfilled? For the other models how quickly did it take for it to start? Thanks! 
 
Edit: Happy to get this started for at least a while. I'll probably just track first day signups but if someone else wants to take the reins or create a nifty spreadsheet/form to handle this, not opposed. If you want to be tracked add the day/time of your step 1 confirmation and if you've received a step2/further emails

could be that a bunch of people signed up and didnt add their name to this queue. Could be that they just don't have a ton reserved for step ups. could be both?

I got the step 1 email at 6:29 PM on December 2nd, and have not received anything since. I had just uploaded my invoice a few mins prior, so I don't know if that's stopping me from getting anywhere. I've yet to receive anything that says if my invoice has been approved. 

I don't think anyone before 6:04am has recieved a step 2. You can check on the my products page to see if you are in teh step up program though and it should tell you if you have a step up id. that page also shows me that my invoice was uploaded for me.
