The RGB Unlease application not recognizing my X20 mouse. I can't turn off the RGB lighting in order to improve its battery backup. I am using Windows 10 64 bit on a Lenovo Ideapad Y500 laptop.

    do you have the mouse switched to Bluetooth mode? If so you'll need to either switch it to 2.4g and use the usb dongle or connect it via usb cable to turn off the LED. Then you can switch it back to BT
