Unable to submit Collateral

I'm already not happy about the fact I have to wait a week to get my replacement RTX 2080. After only having it for a week before I started experiencing hardware issues. But now I cant even give EVGA another 699 to hold for my cross shipping RMA. This is extremely upsetting. I have tried several credit cards but none of my cards are working for the collateral hold. I have already called my credit card companies. There is no reason why I should not be able to use them for the hold for my RMA. I have even tried both my mastercard and visa. This has been a terrible experience. 
 
UPDATE# Managed to get it resolved finally. However I am still displeased with having to wait for ground shipping after only having the card for a short period of time.

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your account and payment submission. For future reference, it is always best to doublecheck the information listed on the billing side of the account. It has to match 100% to the payment method, it is always best to contact your banking institution to make sure that they are not putting a hold on the account. For an issue like this, it would best to contact us via email or contact us over the phone at EVGA Customer Support Line 1 (888) 880-3842 thank you. The reason being that this is sensitive information regarding your personal account.
