Hi,
 
I'm trying to reach out to customer service about registering my product online but I keep getting an error saying the serial and part number don't match.  I can't contact them unless I register my product. How do I contact EVGA if the only way to speak with them is to register my product, first?

    This sounds like an older model of our PSUs. Some of our earlier models did not have the part number suffix at the end such as -X1, -V1, etc on the serial sticker resulting in this error.
