Unable to register product

Everytime I try to go to the product registration page, the site asks me to enter my password again and then jumps back to my profile page. This happens with other site functions as well. I pretty much can only get to my profile page.

Tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Same result on all 3.

Any ideas? Am I missing something obvious?

    And I immediately find the solution when I tried searching again. Have to agree to terms and conditions on my profile.
