SO i have been trying to register my PSU and all I get is "Serial Number not found : Please contact customer support at SupportEU@evga.com or call us at +49.89.189.049.11 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET." I've tried emailing the CS and had nothing. Its been a few days I've read others have had emails right away. Not sure what to do

    You could always try calling support. Also I often will take a picture with my phone of the serial number and enlarge it so the numbers are easier to see. Sometimes I realized I put in a wrong number because it can be pretty tiny on the product.

    Yeah, I've had to take a picture and enlarge it on my phone many times because of how small the #'s are....
     
    .but if it still doesn't work - probably best to call them .

    agree - confirm Serial number - it should be on box & PSU
     
    type very carefully & confirm what you type (keyboard working correctly)

    If this is an older PSU it very well could be missing the warranty part suffix such as -KR, -XR, -V1 etc
