    Problem is the Taiwan custom support team doesn't really have that good of accent, last time I have called the girl didn't understand a lot plus her accent wasn't that good at all I really hope you guys gotta like help more in that but yet thanks they're useful

    The moderators are here to help and we can keep odd hours but the 24 hour support is always a great option. You are more then welcome to use both options since someone might have ran into an issue on the forums.  Though calling is the best way to get support or an RMA issued.
