Hey,
 
I sent my graphics card in which was received today for RMA in the UK. As per the retailer I bought it from they suggested I directly handle the RMA with you as opposed to trying to deal with them which would have taken longer. But I'm a little bit confused as I haven't been able to find that much information on how the RMA process is handled in England as I've mostly only seen American threads.
 
As the card was received today at lunch time, how long will it be before I get an answer? Which courier will be chosen to return the device if approved? Do you know if the courier will allow collect at local shop (like UPS offers this)? As it has already been quite a few weeks with the issues I apologize if I seem hasty but I'm keen to have my 2 monitors back up again for work purposes, trying to use Windows' snap on a 1080 screen sucks when you're used to having 2 screens haha

You should have a status on your RMA in a couple of business days (sometimes 3 days). RMA items are checked thoroughly and once this check is completed you will receive additional info about your RMA.

Replacements are sent via UPS however our method of shipping does not allow the address of delivery to be changed or allow the item to be picked up. If you need the address changed please change it on your EVGA account then call us during normal business hours to confirm that we have updated your RMA information.

Thank you for replying, good to see the UK has the same timescales for RMA as the retailer I purchased from said it was a new (ish) centre and thought it might take a bit longer myself.

Thanks for replying - that's completely understandable, do you know if I will get sent tracking information as soon as it goes out? I would just like to make sure I am definitely in that day and leave instructions that it is only delivered to me and not a neighbour.

You should be emailed tracking information however you can always retrieve the same information from the website by going to Member then My Products then View Details on the serial number you sent in for RMA.

Thanks for all the help! I am now seeing on the RMA 'Next Step: RMA Complete', I assume this means it has all been confirmed I will be returned a working card. Is it possible to find out which card will be sent to me, if it's the same model or higher before it arrives? As I am considering buying some more bits for my PC.
